Gain Control -
I control my decisions, my actions, and my words. What happens outside of that is out of my hands. I will do what the best version of me would do.
Energy -
I will bring positive energy into the world by exposing my body to healthy habits. Nutrition, sleep, and journaling are ways in which I will provide my body with energy.
Time -
I will be in the only place I exist, right now. I will remember to learn from the past and anticipate the future but I will focus my thoughts on where I am right now. Time is currency and you cannot get it back.
Absorb -
I will be open to criticism and see my weaknesses as opportunities. I will listen with an open mind and an eagerness to learn.
Gratitude -
I will recognize what I have and squash the need for things I don’t need. Appreciate the gift of today.
Rebound -
I will bounce back from anything thrown in my direction. Strength comes from the ability to get back up when you fall down.
Inch Forward -
I will remember that progress is not always easy to see but with repetition, effort, and commitment I will move inch forward.
Perspective -
I will zoom out to see the bigger picture. I will remember to look beyond my own perspective and pay attention to how others might feel.
